It has been amazing - I received the best training I have ever gotten at any job - the feedback is always in a positive/constructive manner - my manager is great and he truly cares about each and every one of us.

This company is an open door. If you need something, they got you. You are never shamed for asking questions, they're encouraged in fact.

I loved the townhall meeting - it was so nice to have everyone all together and seem so close with everyone - I have never had that at previous jobs.

We are all so different, yet we blend together harmoniously. We truly do treat each other like family, we have each others back when things get overwhelming. You never go about anything alone.

I love our PTO compensation. I feel like this is the fastest I have ever accrued PTO and that means a lot because it shows you care that we have that time for important matters in our life.

Everyone is invested in the team aspect, and I love that. Different departments work together to make things run effortlessly. It really does show through that in order for that to happen, there are great leader behind that paving the way.
