It makes me happy being surrounded by good people, I feel really comfortable performing my job and communicating with my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I've gained more experience through the time that I've been working in my position so I feel that I deserve a raise, I've been here almost 2 years and I haven't received a compensation for my hard work and excellent attendance.
