getting more pay for the amount of work we do. having more frequent opportunities to advance in position and pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel undervalued. More opportunities for growth, expansion , and development. More frequent pay raises that are based on individuals, not a set pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe trainers get paid for the amount of work we do. we are a huge impact and are necessary to the company. The pay nor the benefits reflect that.
