I love Telvista Leadership Team! Everyone is always so eager to assist. I feel like my professional and personal development is priority.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not get compensated outside of my salary. Also the health, vision, dental, life etc. are far too expensive. My previous employer offered GOLD level Blue Cross at nearly half the rate of the BRONZE through Telvista/UHC. To me that is unacceptable in 2022.
What makes you most happy at work?
the ability to be my very best self every day while working from home. The safety and flexibility working from home provides. My leader believes in me and trusts that I am working hard and always have Telvista and our team best interests in mind
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family. Everyone has each other back both at work and outside of work. We all understand life happens and we all band together to help in our times of need. Truly the best team I have ever been apart of. I look forward to logging in every day because of teammates!

Trust to do a great job, Always teaching me new things about my role and the business. Always has me on a path for advancement even if the opportunity isn't evident. The ability to be my best self each and every day. Challenging me to be better always. genuinely cares about me and my development.
