Doing the same level of work, at another company, I would be making 20k more a year than I am making here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership is completely oblivious to what operations needs. We let an exemplary employee walk instead of promoting them and brought in two supervisors that didnt work out. Instead of promoting someone who knows the business to an OPS manager, we chose to hire from outside.
