We are all on the same team, and recognize all problems will not fit nicely into one solution all the time.

A cost of living raise. Compensation is not meeting my needs to due to out of control inflation just to live daily.

After meeting my companies expectations of me, the miniscule raise after many years service, does not meet my expectations of a company that truly values me.
