Everyone knows their job at a high skill level.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need more American-based contracts. American customers hate talking to foreigners

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no opportunity for growth as every new contract is in Mexico.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They took away the only positive things like birthday cupcakes and other small incentives.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They never get any contracts based in America. All their contracts, hence promotion for job growth, are in Mexico.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other call centers pay more to start than what I am paid after many years of loyal, dedicated service.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They understand the employees needs by acquiring a dorm refrigerator for the +20 employees on site to put their lunches into!

What makes you most happy at work?

I am allowed to fix the customer's issues without bureaucracy's bothersome rules that hinder a quick resolution. This company doesn't do that, so the opportunities for happiness are limited.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

$17 is the starting rate for technical support of this level. $13 is what the employees are paid. You are undervalued as you can make more $ elsewhere.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have to work onsite when the majority are off-site. That is like giving them a $200 month pay raise while the onsite employees are pushed further financially to the edge by their lower compensation.
