System is outdated, feels as if we are harrassing 97% of the outdated leads we get. Yes we need to practice, but doing 100 calls a day to the same people morning throughout the afternoon is not good. I've had multiple clients say they requested to stop being called yet are still in the system

The more repetition I have, the more smooth I become with navigation as well as call dialogue which is the easiest part.

i have not fully gone through it. But i thought the company takes care of our health insurance, not that we also pay for it

We work in unison and help each other out. Also get to know a little of every person and see the different personalities. It is pleasant

It is good to experience the different personalities and mannerisms of each individual. We come together as a team and help each other out with advise, tips, and tricks

The call system and everything is outdated. You utilize too many workers to call and seemingly harrass people. Its 2022. If you want serious consultation, hire me to do that. I can elevator pitch you and discuss compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know this is training, but the leads we have are old. It feels as if we are harrassing 97% of the leads giving to us. This system is outdated and I could easily create a system that would make this much more efficient by simultaneously reducing employee costs and maximizing time
