Joseph is the best ! He is the beat leader Ive ever had! He genuinely cares about all of his agents & he has taught us alot ! He coaches us very well !
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay should be more because we work really hard for sales. Most of the times the calls arent sale related and it still counts against us . We cant control the calls coming through & it makes it really hard to get a decent commission check if majority of the calls are not sale calls
