Benefits need to be better and work life balance needs to drastically improve.

I can't really answer this question because, well, I don't really know who they are.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work place culture is non-existent, not enough training opportunity being offered, there is just nothing to loofward to.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Provide self paced training at all levels of the Telvista job roles, and make them accessible through company website.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More completive pay for the roles that match other like company in the area. The average salary for a Technical Support Tech 1 is $22.55 per hour in the United States.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

First off. These surveys. I understand the point. However, if you're going to ask us to do surveys, don't say it's anonymous and then ask us what department/team we're on. It's contradicting. Second, it's be nice to know who the leadership team is composed of. I don't even know who the CEO is.
