Originally when i was hired, the rate of pay was presented as 50k to 65k for the first year and increase year over year. I have yet to experience that. Responsiveness to questions such as pay raises. It seems that we continue to hear we (upper management) are looking into but dont get answers

the ability to work remotely
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe everyone should be held to the same standard as far as attendance, proper interaction, and the ability to work independently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i honestly believe the majority want to do a good job and try to do their best. Certain things were promised and not carried out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the commission structure needs to be more lucrative, especially for top performers. Also I believe our wage should match that of our clients for their customer service/sales personnel
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i appreciate my immediate supervisor, beyond, i feel as if the rest of the leadership is indecisive. I feel as thought we switch gears way too often without giving a plan the oppty to work
