The company is very diverse, everyone comes from all different areas of employment for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team members and peers. The level of respect and confidence from those I work closely with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of engagement with their employees is over the top. No one can compare in a remote position the assistance that is given by team managers for you to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has the ability to at least, interact and have fun. Everyone on the team are go getters and the team building exercises I often create has been a big win.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe in compensation for a job well done. I have not been compensated hourly for all the things I do to assist my manger and the team. The new hires are coming in at an higher hourly wage whereas , the expertise that I bring to the table is ignored.
