I've been working here for almost a year and it has been extremely great. We've had some times were thing were slow but when we got work things got very busy. The managers are great and helpful. We have sometimes some incoherencies on how to do something but usually we got a final solution.

They are really supportive, helpful and professional. They care about your work and about you as a person
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are respectful, helpful, funny and are always there help with things you don't understand. They make you feel comfortable working with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We multitask. There is always new updates and some additional work to perform. We do outbound and inbound calls. An increase of the pay rate would be great as the country is still struggling with inflation.
