It has been great and started off great but I feel that there has been many things left out overall. I think they could do a better job to keep up motivated and in reality I think this project will phase and they will start phasing people out.

They are very helpful and always willing to help and just the positivity they bring to the group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is very positive in keeping us open to interact with him and he motivates all of us to do better. Best manager!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Previously they promised a group of over 160 people a raise which never happened. Yet, everything is going up and new employees are getting paid more.
