They are somewhat open, and willing to help you when leadership is not available.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy how close nit things can be although we have never actually been physically near each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not have a lot of focus on individual needs in order to build our selves to be better employees for the company. It does not seem like there are a lot of opportunities for upward mobility. I am very grateful for this job, however $15.00 is becoming the new minimum wage.
