The best things about my team include their supportive mindset, anytime someone needs help in my team. We grow and share knowledge to one another so we can be the best we can be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is very goal oriented and focused on success as well as being very motivating to work with. I can effectively say that working with them has motivated me in many ways to continue pushing for success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I feel like the work I put in isn't equal to what I am being paid. We work very hard to get paid under market value. What would make me feel better compensation wise is a salary increase.Would make all the work I put in worth the effort in order to support my family better
