Being productive and accomplishing my job for that day. Feeling like I did a great job and seeing the difference my work makes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing, they are flexible, good at their jobs, and more than willing to step in and help each other whenever it is needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company almost a year and My job duties are as much as a supervisor but I have never received a raise, and the gift card incentives we do receive are really hard to use on anything important like bills and groceries.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont have much feedback on the leadership team as until recently my experience with them has been terrible, but now I am under Joe Gavic and he makes sure I get to do what I am great at, helps me move upward in the company, and makes sure the results and findings in my work is known and heard.
