Training is excellent. Leadership does not usually know what is going on until time for layoff.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company could really go places if they stop being so single minded and take the blinders off.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You must be at work 15 minutes early to log into system(no pay) and stay afterwards (no pay) to finish your paperwork because you can not log off until end of shift.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They keep you in the dark about what is going on. They call you in the day of layoff to tell you the company is bleeding money and ready to lay off, but never solicit ideas from the workers on how to make things effective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make the pay structure so complicated to follow and you have to keep up with your calls via email because the computer will list that you have made more calls than you actually did and you must use your email as proof, but this does not matter because they will continue to say they will pay.
