It was a lifetime career since 1988. Started with Texas Arai/Gran Prico/Maverick & then bought by TENARIS. I was a very loyal, honest & dedicated employee for 32 years.I even moved to BayCity TENARIS. Covid hit, I got laid off & was REPLACED W/LOWER WAGE EMPLOYEE. This is how I was treated.

Bring the true dedicated employees back to work. The employees who stuck by thru good & bad times.

32 years of service. I was kicked to the curb. I’m not ready to retire. I was an outstanding employee. My inventory was always at the top 98-100 %. I made my supervisors look g8 during inventory. I’m devastated that TENARIS choose to ignore me & forget me & my years of dedicat
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bring back the dedicated employees. Who have stuck by TENARIS thru thick & thin. It is better to get what you pay for instead of trying to go the CHEAP ROUTE & THESE NEW PEOPLE DON’T EVEN LAST. They are not discipline & do not respect work ethics. They also take advantage of their supervisor
