Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Almost 20 years as an employee with Tenaris algoma tubes and making approximately 66% of what algoma steel employees make in the same region...not fair

Absolutely everything needs to be changed with Tenaris. The company always pushing us to produce sub par pipe . As they want the mill on full speed so company gets there bonuses . While not fixing and machines

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We voice are opinions all the time. Nobody ever listens and things get worse. They only care about pipe moving . Micro second delay and they send you to HR .
