Actual working employees never recognized for efforts. Employees who sit for the majority of a shift and do not work get paid the same as thosd who actually put forth an effort.

Almost 20 years as an employee with Tenaris algoma tubes and making approximately 66% of what algoma steel employees make in the same region...not fair
