Adequate staffing and listening to their staffs concerns

communication and interpersonal skills are lacking. No appreciation for loyal senior employees.

The leadership team needs to get better at communicating, remote employee management, training mid-level managers, and rolling out new initiatives.

Paid for years of experience and skill sets

Better health insurance coverage. Better hourly wages.

Perhaps give a raise more than once every few years.

We pay to much out of pocket

Performance review provided good feedback, yet the pay increase showed differently (.05%) and qualify for no bonus makes devalue employee.

It took nine interviews with about 14 people to get the offer. The process started in mid-January, and I started in April.

Quick and easy process. No difficult questions or presentations.

Lack of resources. Unsafe conditions. Poor patient outcomes

Cleanliness and pay are the main issues of the company

The facilities are falling apart.

I perform my work as instructed, provide an amazing customer service experience and keep negative comments to myself about the company. If nothing has changed now, nothing will change going forward.
