Texas Roadhouse Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Affordable and pretty diverse love it

I'm not sure I didn't know I had one

Good good benfits and pay

No limits on the bonuses

Stock options and 401k options

You have to have 32 hours or more but the insurance and benefits packages are great. When your older you need all the extra benefit packages and it can be expensive but for the most part its average costs.

Salary , health insurance , flexible schedule

Pay and benefits are great

Stock options and benefit compensation

My two weeks off a year

Paid vacation is pretty nice

no ceiling on how much can be made. Insurance & fringe benefits are top of class.

How fast we move everyday

Review from Marketing Dept

Not applicable / not on any benefits package

Vacation pay is a nice bonus

Hospital coverage. Care. And ease

The whole experience over all

Medical benifits ate the best

My paid vacation every year

free meals every shift at work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Actually giving me the hours i upheld over the summer and having enough people in each department

gratuity and feeling like a actual human

The fact my schedule would come out @ 8pm or later the night before the next week started as if my soul is owned by the company. I was more often than not doing the hosts & bussers jobs while still being forced to tip them out the same amount.

Indont have stocks due to my position and no 401k was offered.

My managers constantly stack a few servers with large tables without making them keep up with the rest of their jobs, they allow extra tables to servers who they like and can’t keep up. They have a clique mentality and only refer to the clique for information and will not progress you if the cliq

More breaks and food please

The management makes us feel undervalued

i dont have stock or benefits

because not knowing if i have a job still for something i did not do ,

Review from Operations Dept

Feeling heard, more help, better pay

Review from Customer Success Dept

Nothing, I do work with TRH anymore

I would expect my pay would be aligned with how hard I work, instead of being compared to the ones that slack off the most.

Diffeent leadership for texas toadhoise rivercity

Wages are insanely low considering the sheer volume the location does and the effort it takes to maintain a consistent product in such large quantities.

Actually having sick time or PTO. I've been working for a year, but nothing...

If we were given breaks and it made more known we are appreciated

If it was comparable with other stores I'd feel alot better

I was never made aware of any benefits upon being hired. I was just 'hired and put to work'.

Mangers don't care about FOH. No "thank you's", no "great jobs", no "awesomes". Just there to get through the job.

I no longer work at this place but i never recieved any benefits nor a raise in 2 years. I put away 2 trucks a week, worked 70+ hours and got nothing but a paycheck.
