I love what I do in regards to job duties but that's it.
The way it supports the Textron way of being customer focused.
The team works together and shares knowledge, there isn't one person that tries to keep things to themselves to they are considered better than the others.
Our department has been a revolving door since my original boss retired, however, however, my coworkers who have been employed here for more than a decade is stellar!
The people on my team that have been here for a few years are smart and everyone is respectful. My trainers have been incredible teachers. My Supervisor is a hard worker, kind and very pleasant. The Supervisors around me are very good and I enjoy interacting with all of them.
