I currently work at thales glasgow and its a horrible place to work. Onboarding is ok but training limited and the staff are so unhelpful - its almost like they wznt you to trip up so dont tell you anything critical for your role. Very cliquey and not open to outsiders or newbies. Management poor

Lengthy process - then clearance takes a while
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor rates, lack of promotion
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop throwing employees under the bus - they lie snout not being made aware if issues when they have been the first person you ask
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to attract staff to meet future orders and to retain them - this needs a shake up Systems are old and poorly managed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Move with the tomes ir you wont attract good resource. Stop rewarding poor performances and stop making excuses for people who are actually really rude and quite bullish. Employees constantly take credit for other people and senior management let them get away with it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop highlighting that youve bedn there for so many years recognise other people have skilks and help new staff rather than thats not my job culture - offer help and guidance. Stop kerping all relevant info to yourself share and stop being suspicious of new team members
