What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're willingness to adjust and pivot where we need to in order to accomplish our goals better
How involved we all are.
Our leaders have long tenure and have vast work experience with the Breakers and leading up into their Breaker's careers.
Leadership team treats me with respect and dignity.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It cover what i need
Everything. Its all good. Hopefully it keeps getting better.
Our 401k package is a great incentive to save.
My retirement parkage is awesome.
I love the 401k plan and the financial service
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Conpared to other private clubs, I am on the lower end of the spectrum.
I have never been a person to only work for money when it comes to a job. Because I LOVE my job, it just is a perk to get paid for it. I believe in my short time here I have proven that and a raise would be a great benefit and I will continue to work hard!
I would like my managment be more supportive
When giving golf lessons i feel that its unfair to take half my lesson fee rate. I have a very good understanding and experience about the golf swing which makes my lessons a worth while to the members. At my previous employments inkept my full lesson rate.
I feel undervalued because my managers don't listen to our needs. I'd feel better if I recieved the correct compensation for the job I do. Specifically when I do someone else's job, because our management can't schedule properly. And their pay rate is well above mine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do work together well
How we are all there to get the job done and have a little fun.
We make it happen, together, as a team, everyday.
We treat each other with respect as part of family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Guy are here to do a job and most of them care about the product they are putting out
I feel well taken care of.
Our facilities are world class and constantly improving and renovating. The Breakers' GIVES program features all of our team members volunteering thousands of hours as a team each year throughout our community.
They give everyone opportunity to grow.
