Retirement and Healthcare . Discounts

The hotel discounts are the best part to me.

The discounts at the restaurants and stay.

There is too much reliance in commission in my compensation. I invest a lot of time and energy on events that do not produce a commission yet they benefit the whole hotel. My base compensation should reflect the value I bring to these events.

I just think it is important to pay people what they are worth and to do everything you can to place them in positions that best leverage their skills. This empowers the employee to bring the most value to the business.

Ever since my partner left and my department decided to not hire to fill that role, having taken on another full job worth of responsibility should have warranted higher pay/acknowledgement or a role change. I did more work than my body could handle at an incredibly high expectation

I don't think my pay is comparable to similar jobs in the field and especially when one considera the extra tasks I take on

I think my compensation could be more due to my contribution of my every day work.

They are very hard working, friendle,people

We are cooperative & friends inside & outside the company, helping each other w great camaradery & teamwork. All are hardworking & ready to pitch in to get the work done. We enjoy each others company & laugh a a lot with much respect & admiration.
