The Breakers has changed my life. They have given me a career I never thought was possible. Theyve given me the opportunity to grow and learn. I am forever grateful
The Breakers has given me opportunities I never imagined I would have. The Breakers has changed my life.
The leadeship team invests in their people
The prioritizarion of caring for employee well-being
An eagerness to help one another
I get to make people happy
Nearly everyone is friendly, outgoing, engaging, and prideful of their work
I get to be creative, make things, and make people happy
The opportunity to grow and the sense of collaboration among my colleagues
The best thing about my team is everyone is willing to help each other when needed
The best team members are always the ones that show an eagerness to lend a helping hand.
The best thing about the culture is the ability to grow and learn. The invest in training is significant and meaningful
The leadership team, in particular Paul and Tricia, does a good job of being visible around the hotel and engaging with team members
I don't think my pay is comparable to similar jobs in the field and especially when one considera the extra tasks I take on
There is too much reliance in commission in my compensation. I invest a lot of time and energy on events that do not produce a commission yet they benefit the whole hotel. My base compensation should reflect the value I bring to these events.
I do not believe my compensation is in line with the value I bring to the hotel nor is it comparable to similar positions in the same field. It has never been explained clearly how commission is calcuated nor has it been shown in writing after it has requested. Transparency should be shown.
