They are friendly and pleasant.
Our leadership team has us as team members best interest in most cases.
They are caring individuals. They are willing to cooperate.

Work on the ground every week in the departments they manage/lead

I would say the money

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but a better hourly pay would be appropriated as I'm living paycheck to paycheck as everything get super expensive, rent/gas food.

They are willing to learn

After work as a team and manage to get the job done

The tesults that we can produce
Able to do what I does best and knowing that guests appreciate our hard work and dedication to give work my best shot on a daily basis.
Im always happy when im at work

When Guest's and Members compliment how beautiful the property looks.

No daily schedule. No employee job training after orientation.
