The career growth is unlike any I have been allowed to be a part of. The positive team oriented environment makes each day worth it. Grass may be greener else where but the culture may not be. The culture here is beyond anything experienced!

Its been great theres a few hurdles that have rised up with our receiving department but overall its great

Has been very enjoyable. Easy to make friends here and able to make a good connection with a lot of co workers. Even better that i am allowed to have a work life balance

Ive worked for a few companies and the Breakers is at the top of my list. The only disadvantage I will have to say is the cosf of health insurance. This is a little bias considering I have worker for the state of florida at one point. However, the culture is unmatched where decisions occur for best

The transparency and vision of company goals and the day to day, as well as, the long term plans on achieving the goals. Some companies may say it, but ours actually achieves it.

I think because the President ans CEO are on property its much more advantageuos to accomplish certain projects at a rapid pace. I think by having annual capital projects had allowed the company to retain its legacy of being a great property for guests.

The ability to have an on-site wellness clinic for any inquiries.

I belive as a new person receiving atleast one week of vacation really helps in case of a emergency.

The cost for a famkly of three on my insurance is only 350ish.

The medical benefit incentive and ability to use amenities and act as a guest on property

They sre reasonable and fair.

Just putting in a lot of work and knowing all the in and outs of the operation, i feel like i can be relied on in any situation. Probably would feel better if there was more assistance on insurance payments since the decent plan is a huge chunk of my paycheck

There is room to grow, and within the growth the compensation should also should match additional responsibilities

I wish I could get payed better

Instead of comparing market value on pay, company should set the market value. Certain positions are compared on equal pay instead of an individual's work compared to peers

To be able to be compensate for the years of service and the type of job that I do daily

The can-do willingness to help each other. To teach and train each other in a positive manner to accomplish tasks united as a team vs doing it all by one's self.

We pretty much have the same goal in mind which is helping the company save money and focusing on better habits to form a cohesive unit
