How we always are willing to help each other no matter what is going on

We can be serious when we need to be while also being able to crack a joke every once in a while
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing i dont have to bring any of it with me home and can rely on co workers to make any work day a smooth day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just putting in a lot of work and knowing all the in and outs of the operation, i feel like i can be relied on in any situation. Probably would feel better if there was more assistance on insurance payments since the decent plan is a huge chunk of my paycheck
