Besides the hourly rate; I feel the benefits are very fair and I like the fact that they are available after 90 days of service

There is a sense of safety and mutual respect. Esp as a female, I am treated with respect by all male employees. This is required by the company but I also feel like the company does a great job at hiring individuals who uphold these values and morals.
