My experience with the Breakers has been great - my only regret is that I didn't start working here years ago

I regret I did not work here sooner in my career path. I understand how some cooperate cultures work and being at The Breakers is an answer to many prayers. I recently suffered some personal losses and the ray of sunshine in my days was that I got to come to work here and still do!

My experience with the company has been really positive. I've had the opportunity to grow professionally, maintain a good work -life balance, and stay healthy and happy.

I have worked in numerous companies, and as much as I enjoyed being there this one I find to be so much satisfying. I'm comfortable and it cause me to want to improve on myself professionally. being here is fulfilling and rewarding. It's the same company but every day is different (good different).

I would like to be paid weekly instead of bi-weekly. I also believe the wages should increase according to inflation. The team member shuttles have been taking a long time to pick-up and drop us off. They also drive very aggressively it makes me motion sick & I do not suffer from motion sickness.

They are genuine, forward thinking people. They act with the best interest of the company, the employees, the community and the environment with day to day and future planning.

what I like best about the leadership team is that they genuinely provide opportunities for growth within the company. They recognize potential, encourage professional development, and allow us to take on new challenges to advance in our careers.

Considerate and extremely appreciative, they address improve on matters that will or may affect staffers

They care about my life outside of work & can be understanding of certain situations. They make me look forward to coming in to work to do my best!

The 401K plan is great

A very good health insurance package, sick time and personal time off on top of paid holidays.

The benefits are the best I've ever had

I appreciate the growth opportunities here, but I feel my salary isn't fully aligned with industry standards for similar roles. A compensation review that reflects market trends and the value of my contributions would make me feel more valued and motivated.

I have experience in my particular field which got me the job, but I have no degree. I believe and know if I had a degree I could be paid more. I handle a lot of responsibility & feel I could be paid better.

I don't feel undervalued, I actually feel appreciated when it comes to my managerial team. They are good team and I enjoy working with them

More perks for team members, It would be nice if team members who has been here 20 years plus should get a free stay at the hotel.

Everyone is positive! If one of us needs assistance there is always an associate or two who will happily lend support.
