When I first stated I didn't know what to expect. I was in a new country new environment with lots of new faces and personalities, but I quickly absorbed each persons personality as it was so easy to do. I felt as if I've been here forever. I was welcomed into a family of a multi cultural community.

It's been a great experience, I thank god for the opportunity to be able to work here, along side wonderful and thoughtful people. I have learn a lot and experience a lot of wonderful things being here. I am truly grateful that I was selected for an experience like this. I am blessed.

I have worked in numerous companies, and as much as I enjoyed being there this one I find to be so much satisfying. I'm comfortable and it cause me to want to improve on myself professionally. being here is fulfilling and rewarding. It's the same company but every day is different (good different).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very good, it's awesome

I have n comment on that, I don't know anything about it.

Meeting new clients, and being trusted with the responsibility of ensuring a fantastic stay.

Considerate and extremely appreciative, they address improve on matters that will or may affect staffers

The togetherness and the consideration they show. It is said "team work makes the dream work"

It great, it is greatly appreciated and we as employees really look forward to the company's generosity.

They listen and very supportive. They can be very amusing and we enjoy working together, and have fun doing it.

My team are approachable, we listen to each other and be very helpful to the needs ad concern of each other.

My Leadership team listen and do their best to ensure a safe and effective environment. Comfortable work stations and the tools to work efficiently.

We are multi cultural company, so it's always good to learn about other cultures and we enjoy stories and the food (That's the best part)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I actually feel appreciated when it comes to my managerial team. They are good team and I enjoy working with them

My leadership team are quick to listen and extremely helpful, door are always open to everyone. There is nothing too hard for this team to accomplish.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mixed culture is the best culture! learning about each other and experiencing each person culture and ways are wonderful, this company only employ the best team after all.
What makes you most happy at work?
My management team and also my coworkers, but I will not forget my customers who at most time lifted my spirits and make me burst out laughing, and they are so talented with words that it's mostly done via emails.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting new people, knowing that I put fort my best and the feeling of appreciation I get with another satisfied client. To hear the joy coming from them means so much to me. That's one of the main things that keeps me going.
