What is the best part about your compensation package?
401 k and company participation
401k congratulations of 6% for each participant
Peace of mind that the company i work for has me covered
I think I am paid very well compared to the industry. The 6% match is nice. Insurance is top notch. Time off is appreciated. Only thing that I would love more is reciprocals at other hotels. Maybe a night stay somewhere as a tenured manager in the hotel.
The 6% 401K match and the possibility to borrow from it to buy a house
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The service charge model can be a difficult means of living for many food and beverage jobs that it is offered and should be revisited. Structured, hourly or salaried wages are preferable for those seeking stability, and longevity with a company.

The support. Always hear the horror stories about those that leave and they suddenly have zero support. Mentally, physically, emotionally. Everything falls upon them.
