People here are just nice. They’re here for the right reasons. They want to please their guests and coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The support. Always hear the horror stories about those that leave and they suddenly have zero support. Mentally, physically, emotionally. Everything falls upon them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not the parking. Lol. I feel we do a lot of good things both for guests and em team members. For me it is an opportunity to help shape and coach young minds in my management team and line level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid very well compared to the industry. The 6% match is nice. Insurance is top notch. Time off is appreciated. Only thing that I would love more is reciprocals at other hotels. Maybe a night stay somewhere as a tenured manager in the hotel.
