What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team care a lot about the employees and make sure that they are treated fairly but some new addition to the leadership team have a different frame of mind and only want to do things their way without listening to others.
Very hands on, provide motivation and a positive outlook every day.
they are all very nice people
Equal to everyone at the work place
Our ceo Mr Leoner and the Kinan family are the best.But some of the peaple that hold MG and executive positions are not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living has increased tremendously, the prices at the hotel have increased quite a bit but employees only received a 4% increase. A little bit more was expected to match the increases.
Switching from part to full time and not getting full time benefits such as days off until one year after (even when my anniversary with the company has already passed while being full time).
Living in South Florida is getting extremely expensive and the raises are not quite matching the living expenses.
I would like to gain more experience in different areas of the comopany to continue to learn and grow in new ways.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, following through with assistance and getting jobs done.

its the people mostly. almost everyone is friendly and good to talk with
Very friendly, the training system, they way of hiring
overall, most everyone are friendly

Employees are first. But not all ways. It depends who's is in charge.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More activities to relate to coworkers, more freedom for new ideas from the team fo be taken into consideration.
