I find that in my department they only promote you if they recommend you not because your capable of doing the job and are a reliable trustworthy employee. Work load between shifts is not equal and should be compensated as such overnight should only be $1 more not $3.
My Qualifications and Skills brought to my current role are not renumerated base on the heavy workload and stress we are put under. Also being given more paid time off would be helpful.

The exercise that I put on a daily basis is very healthy for me and will bring benefits in my future.
Usually the hours go by very quickly and my job is not very difficult.
Souble standards and no communication
Carrying the workload of co-workers can be very exhausting, constantly teaching and correcting mistakes while focusing on my duties and tasks. This can be improved bye, allowing a better work-life balance time off to be exact and compensating. You are best employees.
Having a fairer selection system to promote Team Members in the workplace placing more of the decision on Human Resources rather than allow good potential employees to overlooked and not be given a fair chance to be promoted.
