My leadership team needs to get better. Add communicating. Observing understanding a work-life balance. Also have respect for honest hardworking individuals.

Promoting dedicated employees who are reliable and have proven to support the operation. I find that in my department they only promote you if they recommend you not because your capable of doing the job and are a reliable trustworthy employee. The culture in my department is a nepotism is directive

taking on board feedback and actually setting up a plan to address big and very serious issues that affect individuals when carrying out their duties and looking after our health and safety with protection from the harsh sun and its effects on team members

Checking peoples mental health and health and safety in the workplace

There needs to be a paid differential between longer tenured security officers, hard-working security officers and other security officers that are just going through the motions and being rewarded the same as officers that put in time, effort and sweat equity,

I feel this way beacuse because I am unheard i feel my work and value is goes unseen/underappreciated. I would feel better If it matched my performance,,tenure and position.

No recignition of commitment work ethic

Unfair workload: If someone consistently handles a disproportionate amount of work compared to their colleagues, they might feel undervalued. Lack of benefits. Poor management. And a lack of transparency. A fair and competitive salary: Receiving a salary that aligns with workload. Bonuses and incent

Work load between shifts is not equal and should be compensated as such overnight should only be $1 more not $3.

My Qualifications and Skills brought to my current role are not renumerated base on the heavy workload and stress we are put under. Also being given more paid time off would be helpful.

Better leadership and standards enforced

It is not the fault of the co. Workers, if management continues to hire younger and younger individuals with almost no work experience in the security field. This can be fixed with better training. A full understanding of the rules, regulations and full transparency.

My coworkers need to improve awareness, listening skills, and communication skills.

Everyone seems to work together as a team towards one goal

The emphasis on health and wellbeing and the protection of the staff from internal and external threats.

Everyone has a different culture here

There is always room for more learning and for more experience.

The environment at the breakers is amazing. As far as scenery, the beautiful beach and it is a beautiful hotel. The culture leaves more to be desired.

Usually the hours go by very quickly and my job is not very difficult.

The exercise that I put on a daily basis is very healthy for me and will bring benefits in my future.

Souble standards and no communication

Carrying the workload of co-workers can be very exhausting, constantly teaching and correcting mistakes while focusing on my duties and tasks. This can be improved bye, allowing a better work-life balance time off to be exact and compensating. You are best employees.

Having a fairer selection system to promote Team Members in the workplace placing more of the decision on Human Resources rather than allow good potential employees to overlooked and not be given a fair chance to be promoted.

Being recognized more for your hard efforts, by upper management and not having favorites, in the department

Better pay , improved health and safety aspects in the worplace like protection from the sun at the main entrance
