I would like to be paid weekly instead of bi-weekly. I also believe the wages should increase according to inflation. The team member shuttles have been taking a long time to pick-up and drop us off. They also drive very aggressively it makes me motion sick & I do not suffer from motion sickness.

They're always kind and always willing to do activities after work like a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how everyone is always willing to help and is understanding. Honesty and Integrity.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Manger he is a really great guy. I work alone, so he always calls to chat and check in with me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about my life outside of work & can be understanding of certain situations. They make me look forward to coming in to work to do my best!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have experience in my particular field which got me the job, but I have no degree. I believe and know if I had a degree I could be paid more. I handle a lot of responsibility & feel I could be paid better.
