I came with some knowledge and continue to gain more and more everyday. No two days are the same and there is really never a "bad" day. I walk to the office happily and look forward to turning on my computer to see what awaits me! The leadership is honest, respectful and caring.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I regret I did not work here sooner in my career path. I understand how some cooperate cultures work and being at The Breakers is an answer to many prayers. I recently suffered some personal losses and the ray of sunshine in my days was that I got to come to work here and still do!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A very good health insurance package, sick time and personal time off on top of paid holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is positive! If one of us needs assistance there is always an associate or two who will happily lend support.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuine, forward thinking people. They act with the best interest of the company, the employees, the community and the environment with day to day and future planning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter which department I interact with I always encounter a respectful, happy engaged team member. Collectively we have the same attitudes and behaviors to achieve the companies goals which year after year are successfully attained.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of respect and gratitude leadership has for every team member. The respect flows from the top down and is felt throughout the company and community. No matter your role or position you feel valued and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One can ask for help and my team is there in minutes. The team is respectful and considerate of fellow team members. Our manager has a friendly, open door policy, and is always available to also assist in anyway.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be a part of such an iconic institution that is nationally recognized and locally revered. I personally have high standards for myself and am proud to meet the high standards of The Breakers while surrounded by others working toward the same goal.

To be a part of such an amazing culture with such high standards. I feel very appreciated and that my contributions are valued. I am around others that think the same way and act the same way. All respectful of one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kindness and thoughtfulness. Every email or phone call is positive, caring, and genuinely so. You are thanked for asking a question or reaching out to confirm information. There is never an angry tone or demeaning responses. Every one has a warm smile and is so respectful of one another.
