What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is considerate and appreciated
Its the 6% match on our 401k
If earned all team bonus
401k match and Flexible Spending Account
It allows us to live a decent life and take care of my family..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i contribute to a lot of the flow of the restaurant, and then receive no tips
Not been paid enough hourly..
Better pay rate by hour
I don t feel anything undervalued. I feel with good treatment.
Please do not get me wrong - i make very good money and i am thankful - but that money does not come from the COMPANY. It comes from our guests. It can get disheartening during slow times. $2.35/hour is not very much for how much work we still do, even when it is slow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always push you to do good , they listen to your concerns
We've all been with the company for a long time so we're as close as coworkers can get
We try to do our job to the best of our ability
Friendly and caring, goes out of their way
Strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
"No" was not a fully correct answer, but I selected it because "Sometimes" was not an option. I struggle sometimes interacting with my coworkers that do not hold pur standards as highly as I do. I get frustrated when people prefer to do things "fast" instead of correctly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is unique and they laud you when it is needed

Seeing guests smile and enjoy their meal
First is making sure the guest has a great experience. Money is a close 2nd.
