What are some of the best things about your team? The golf academy has been very close over the past few years, and we work together exceptionally well.
What makes you most happy at work?Seeing my students great better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Our team embraces the acceptance of helping one another. Everyone is willing to do anything for any member of our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Larger percentage of our lessons to the pros would be great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Florida pays servers $10/an hour. We should receive this as there are hours we are working without getting tipped. And we actually don't have the guarantee of the 20% because our tips are reduced for members, employees and happy hour. It lowers morale to go above and beyond and not be compensated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I personally dont feel undervalued, it would be nice to make a little bit more, but I am more concerned with those who have been employed for over 10 years and who are not compensated fairly. They are the ones who I believe are being undervalued.
