everything is great i am satisfied

The healthcare benefits are amazing! I would like to see our pay rate increase a little more to offset the cost of living!

Review from IT Dept

Health insurance and yearly bonus

All the package i like

bonus and ability to buy company stock with it.

If you do your job correctly, they will take care of you

I never have to worry. I know I am safe in their hands.

Overall package is well put together

Review from Finance Dept

Review from Marketing Dept

Pension is very good for sure

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

That they really take into considuration how they are treating there workers

There is zero understanding for what people do at ground level here and the theatrics around their culture is just that. Theater.

Do not decrease the benefit or salary under the name of global standardization, as the living condition are different.

Better pay and better that benefit

More money less physical work

The cost of family insurance is high.

Better insurance better pay more opportunities to be off for basic holidays

The cost of living has risen significantly. It’s become a very dangerous place to work b/c they cut corners due to staffing issues. It’s not just about money at this point. It’s how managers treat staff. Coke doesn’t listen to complaints & sweep it under the rug. It’s physically & mentally

Review from Operations Dept

We are expected to represent the best brand in the world but lack compensation. It's embarrassing.

Having the manager let me fix my problem and they just not only care about their breaks and leaving home and not really supporting any trainees. Also their voice machine needs to be updated for everyone and not just for western voices.

because these people treat me like shit, and i need a larger salary

Pay fair market for work done, not based on whether the work has long term investment potential. If it needs to be done today it should be paid today.

Pay me commission for work done

That my compensation match workload that am requird to do everday i feel undervalued because of extra time i give to this company no reward or extra compensation is given

More gratitude and money for what we do

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel undervalued cuz they really don't see what a good work I am I practically can work by myself no supervision

I don’t have the proper items to complete my job my paychecks have been shorted in the regular and there is no chain of command to foll

Being rewarded for working through the pandemic, for being exposed to Covid at higher levels than most (including law enforcement and hospital staff)....

I am a woman of color who is paid at the bottom of my job grade band while white men earn more for the same work.

I believe we deserve a little more pay for the work and hours that we put in to the company
