For the majority, we are received good...it is a minority who have been confrontational in regards to recent diversity focus. I really enjoy interaction with my/our customers, we bring each other so much joy...except for the malcontents.

Executives don't interact/involve with staff below them to get an understanding of what they do and how it works. Therefore, Executives are making decisions in a silo. To improve this th Executives must engage the staff and have open constructive talks. This will improve understanding.

Routing is terrible, work load can be lighter. Listen to the employees, we still use OFS delivery system and have been told we will not be changing over to cool lift which would greatly help with some of the issues we run into at certain accounts. Most issues are not resolved but covered up.
