Everyone is kept on the same wave or one accord which creates unity
By getting to know their employees better rather than just hiring them and letting them work would get a better understanding of each and everyone of their look out of the position they are filling.

We stretch together an have daily huddles before working
The guys i wor close with and my immediate shift supervisor are some of the best guys ive had the opportunity to work with, the other shifts and the general manager not so much

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work at my own pase and being told that i am appreciated rather than yelled at. Helps with keeping a positive mind set.

The interview is a video process that can be done in he comfort of your own home or anywhere.
Being able to get the job and show my manager now that i can do what is asked and expected if me without any question.

When the general manager is off the floor and we can run the shift how it needs to be done
