the management at this company is less than subpar. they do not care about the well being of their staff at all. nearly every district, general, and assistant general manager that i have met is completely incompetent at their job. they promote unqualified people on the basis of insecere flattery.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the baristas that make the store run are an amazong group of hardworking people. the main issue is with management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
when i was interviewed, the manager was extremely polite and engaged. they made a concise decision and it went very smoothly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the baristas are tight knit, hardworking, and care about the quality of product that we are producing. they make working here worthwhile.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to be better vetted for their job, the majority of managers at this company are in no way qualified and absolutely partake in favoritism and hypocrisy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
our district manager is not at all qualified for their job. they play favorites and allow hypocrisy to run rampant, at our location, and i'm sure many others. this effects everyone beneath them and makes it much harder to accomplish our job in a positive and fair environment.
