Overall, management was very inappropriate and rude when it came to accommodating their employer's needs. They very clearly make you feel like a tool for them to make the company money instead of treating you like a human being. For being a minimum wage paying company, they have a lot nerve.

The leadership at coffee bean needs major HR training. The way they treat their baristas is sickening.

The baristas there are all awesome, hardworking folks. Management is the area of coffee bean that needs major improvement.
