Increase pay wages. More often pay raises
The compensation was one of the better aspects, but when you consider the non-existent work-life balance and endless stress and frustration, disrespect... no one is being compensated well or fairly.
Pay more or don't expect that much of the employees
No compensation just notify potential employees part of the job includes maintenance work, especially toilets

No one cares about customer service or quality the workers that do arent reconized for it and it takes a year to recieve a raise possibly... the pay is too low minimum wage for a company pike this is embarrassing no one wants to work here!! Hence why there lack of staff
