When they dont bother you when you take your lunch. Or if manager/assistant manager interup your lunch that they dont rush you to go back to work because you took your time away.

Unrealistic standards and micromanagement in order to appease the higher ups and sacrifice of the workers to improve their boss' image needs to stop

Understaffed stop cutting hours increase the pay for everyone

Stop over working people, hire more people. Pay them fairly and give incentives

Under staffing causing customers frustration

No work life balance , unrealistic expectations, They will tell you how your work is excellent just about on a daily basis then not only not reward it but will not accommodate you on any request

There is not enough workers to di the job. Workers are not motivated because of low pay.

There has to be an accountability with the staff. I believe if you offer more pay, you would get better staff

Fire all the management associated with the Wilmette store on lake street.

The whole Fresh concept is just false, competitors have the same product and just as fresh with equal or cheaper cost.

If employer was paying staff a decent amount of money, employees would have a better attitude towards customers. They are being over worked, unstaff and miserable.

Company should give bonus and rewards, more pay, have sick leave, more vacation time

Morale is down in the store from always being so short staffed. One person always ends up doing the work of three people. Managers never jump in to help, they see you sinking and keep on watching. The lack of commitment is evident by the ASMs running the store.

There is more and more work much of it is very labor intence. We are given fewer hours to do them in and still expected to have the same amount of customer service. New programs that start and end quickly. Many are not given time to succeed or fail
