The whole Fresh concept is just false, competitors have the same product and just as fresh with equal or cheaper cost.
If employer was paying staff a decent amount of money, employees would have a better attitude towards customers. They are being over worked, unstaff and miserable.

Morale is down in the store from always being so short staffed. One person always ends up doing the work of three people. Managers never jump in to help, they see you sinking and keep on watching. The lack of commitment is evident by the ASMs running the store.

There is more and more work much of it is very labor intence. We are given fewer hours to do them in and still expected to have the same amount of customer service. New programs that start and end quickly. Many are not given time to succeed or fail
